# AntiAdBlock Core

> Anti-adblock detection and revenue-recovery script for web publishers. Detects ad blockers (uBlock Origin, uBlock Origin Lite, AdBlock, AdBlock Plus, AdGuard, Brave Shields, Ghostery) with a multi-signal ensemble, classifies what is doing the blocking, and either shows a customizable recovery overlay asking visitors to allow ads or hands the result to your own code through the Detection API. Detection and recovery analytics land in a real-time dashboard. One-line async `<script>` install. No tracking cookies, no fingerprinting, no visitor identifiers: designed for GDPR/CCPA.

Key facts:

- Product type: SaaS, a JavaScript detection script plus a real-time analytics dashboard.
- Detection: runs in the visitor's browser and is kept current against EasyList/uBlock/AdGuard/Brave filter-list updates; the engine is versioned, v8 is the current production version and older versions are kept for rollback. MV3-aware: detects uBlock Origin Lite in Basic, Optimal and Complete modes.
- Blocker classification: every detection is attributed to its source, either an installed extension, Brave Shields, a browser's built-in protection, or network/DNS-level blocking (AdGuard DNS, Pi-hole, carrier filtering). Network/DNS blocking happens outside the browser and usually cannot be switched off by the visitor in one click, so it is excluded from the recovery-rate calculation and the publisher chooses separately what those visitors see.
- Two script modes per site: Recovery (default, shows the overlay) and Detection API (headless: the script detects and counts exactly the same but renders nothing, emitting a JavaScript event your own code reacts to). Detection API is available on the Max and Business plans.
- Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Brave, Opera, desktop and mobile.
- Performance: async load, no render blocking, no impact on Core Web Vitals.
- Privacy: no tracking cookies, no fingerprinting, no visitor identifiers; statistics are daily per-site aggregates. To count recoveries the script keeps a few first-party entries on the customer's domain (timestamps with no identifier, 30 days at most).
- Search engines: detection does not interfere with a publisher's search indexing.
- Pricing model: public and transparent, metered by adblock detections only (page views without an ad blocker never count). Free plan: 5,000 detections/month, 1 site, full engine, no payment method, no time limit. Paid plans from $5/month to $29.99/month (Business: 5,000,000 detections/month). No revenue share, no traffic minimum, keep your own ad stack.
